Customer
Sign in with your Customer account in the MrSampah™ app or on the web. Your account is created with your first request. Sign in as a Customer
Applying as a Business Partner
Every application is reviewed, and it may be declined. Applying does not give you Partner access. MrSampah™ offers work directly to eligible Business Partners — there is no public job board and no bidding. Apply to become a Business Partner
Approved Business Partners
Once your company is approved, sign in with your existing account. For help with an application or with signing in, message us on WhatsApp. Sign in as a Business Partner
Driver
Driver accounts are provided by the Business Partner company you drive for. There is no self-registration, and downloading the app does not create an account. If you cannot sign in, ask your company first, then message us on WhatsApp. Install the driver app
Delete your account
In the MrSampah™ app, go to Account → Delete account. Without the app, sign in on the web with your Customer account and delete it there. What is deleted, and what is kept, is set out in the Privacy Notice. Delete your account on the web
