Guest request privacy

Privacy Notice

This notice explains what happens to the details you enter when you compose a service request on this site (mrsampah.my). It covers the current guest request draft only. It is written in plain language and will be updated as MrSampah™ adds authenticated submission.

What information is collected in the draft

As you build a request, the site keeps a working draft of what you enter. Depending on the pathway you choose, that can include:

  • your service selection (who needs collection, one-off or contract, the equipment);
  • the collection location — premises or business name, address, postcode, city, state, and any access notes;
  • timing — your preferred date and window, or the frequency and days for a contract;
  • request details — a description of the waste, approximate volume, access and site notes;
  • a contact name and phone number, and a business name where you provide one.

You choose what to type. Only what you enter is kept in the draft.

Where the draft is stored

The draft is stored only in your own browser on this device (browser local storage). It is not sent to any MrSampah™ server, is not shared with a service provider, and does not leave your device as part of composing the request.

Nothing is submitted yet

Composing a request does not submit anything. No request is sent, and no account is created, while you are building the draft. Submission will require signing in to the MrSampah™ app in a future step. Until then the draft simply stays in this browser.

Photos are not uploaded

The photos step is a placeholder. No photo or file is uploaded or stored — the draft only records that you have seen the step.

How long the draft is kept

The draft expires seven days after you last changed it. After that it is treated as expired and discarded the next time the site loads it, so lightly personal fields such as a name, phone number, or address do not linger indefinitely.

Clearing the draft yourself

You can clear the draft at any time using Start over in the request flow. Start over removes the saved draft from this browser immediately. Clearing your browser's site data for mrsampah.my also removes it.

Who operates MrSampah™

MrSampah™ is a product of Waste Logics Sdn Bhd, the operator responsible for this site.

How to contact us

For questions about this notice, the details you have entered, or anything else about the service, you can reach us on:

What a collection record does and does not prove

A completed collection proves that material was collected and moved. It is not proof that the material was recycled. MrSampah™ does not claim diversion, treatment, destruction, or any ESG or carbon outcome for the waste it moves.

Disposal records are produced by the disposal site, not by MrSampah™. Where no record is filed we show “—” and the reason. We never estimate a figure to fill the gap.

Regulatory boundary

MrSampah™ works alongside Malaysia's waste licensing and compliance framework (PBT, SWCorp, DOE). We do not grant licences, do not replace statutory reporting, and do not claim council approval where it has not been given.

Eligible Business Partners are confirmed for the request type and location before a job is arranged. Customers do not choose, compare or rate Business Partners, and no Business Partner is listed or ranked on this site.

Scheduled (regulated) waste

Scheduled Waste is regulated under Malaysian environmental law and requires verified specialist capability plus the applicable regulatory process. It is not part of ordinary RORO, MGB, or Leach Bin requests and cannot go in a general or roll-off (RORO) collection. This pathway requires confirmation. If you are unsure whether your waste is Scheduled Waste, message us on WhatsApp or email us with the details so the appropriate pathway can be confirmed.

Compliance pilot with MBSJ

MrSampah™ is piloting digital service requests, Business Partner onboarding, service tracking, collection confirmation and reporting visibility with MBSJ in Subang Jaya. Waste collection services may still be available in other Klang Valley local-authority areas through eligible Business Partners. MBSJ does not handle customer payment and does not choose the Business Partner for every request.

The pilot is not a city-wide rollout, not a regulatory approval, not an exclusive appointment, and not an endorsement of any recycling, diversion or ESG outcome.

You can return to your request at any time from mrsampah.my/request on this device.
